Product Description
The 4EYS Mechanical Seal is an aftermarket replacement sealing solution supplied for selected KSB ETNY pump applications. The current product configuration includes a listed 25 mm shaft size, CA / SiC sealing faces, FKM secondary sealing elements and SS304 or SS316 metal options.
The available 4EYS references include 4EYS-28, 4EYS-33 and 4EYS-48 configurations. Because mechanical seals with similar references or appearances may use different stationary seats, working lengths or installation dimensions, the complete pump model and removed seal should be checked before replacement.
For the listed configuration, operating data include pressure up to 1.5 MPa and speed up to 15 m/s. The stated temperature range of -25°C to +220°C depends on the selected elastomer and material configuration, so the pumped medium and actual operating temperature should be provided before final material selection.
Hong Teng also supports OEM and custom mechanical seal production from physical samples, technical drawings and measured dimensions. When an original part number cannot be confirmed, provide photographs of the complete seal, shaft diameter, stationary-seat dimensions and installed working length for comparison.
